Estimates and diagnostic fees
Every repair begins with an on-site diagnostic. The diagnostic fee is disclosed before the visit and is applied toward the cost of repair if you choose to proceed. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee covers the technician’s visit and is non-refundable.
Cancellation before the visit
You may cancel a scheduled appointment at no charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before the appointment window. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a trip or diagnostic fee.
Cancellation after diagnosis
After diagnosis, you receive a written estimate. You are under no obligation to proceed. If you decline the repair at this stage, only the diagnostic fee applies.
Returns of parts
Replacement parts installed during a repair are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and are not sold separately. Removed or replaced parts are returned to the parts supplier or disposed of in accordance with appliance industry practice. We do not offer retail part sales and therefore do not accept part returns.
Refunds for completed repairs
If a completed repair does not resolve the diagnosed issue and we are unable to correct it within our service guarantee period, we will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund of the repair labor charge at our discretion. Parts warranty claims are handled through the parts manufacturer.
Service guarantee
All completed repairs include a limited service guarantee. Guarantee terms vary by repair type and are disclosed on your estimate. The guarantee covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated appliance failures.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Contact us by phone or through the website contact form. Please have your appointment confirmation or invoice number ready. We aim to respond within one business day.
