Refrigerator Repair
Column or French-door running warm, frosting unevenly, or pooling water? We diagnose JennAir refrigeration inside the install and restore stable temperatures.
JennAir refrigerator diagnostics and repair — built-in, column, French-door and freestanding cooling faults.
JennAir refrigerators span fully integrated built-ins, columns, French-door freestanding models and counter-depth designs. Cooling drift, frost, dispenser faults and unusual noise are common reasons homeowners call. Understanding which style you have — and which compartment is affected — helps us diagnose accurately.
We repair the cooling, airflow, defrost and dispenser systems that keep food at a stable temperature, without sales pressure or product pitches.

Power failure (PF) — the unit lost power and is alerting you that temperatures may have risen during the outage. Check food safety, confirm the outlet and breaker,…
Defrost fault (DF) — the defrost cycle did not complete normally. Ice may build on the evaporator and reduce cooling.
Freezer fan fault / high freezer temperature (FF) — freezer airflow or temperature is out of range.
Ice maker fault (ICE) — the ice maker module or harvest cycle failed.
Door open (do / DO) — a door or drawer has been open longer than the alarm delay (often 3–5 minutes).
36-inch built-in French door refrigerator — repair reference for identification and compatibility.
Counter-depth French door refrigerator (RISE design expression) — repair reference for identification.
Safety first Avoid opening sealed refrigerant components. If the unit is not cooling, a technician should handle refrigerant-side diagnostics.
Note which compartment is affected, the actual temperature if you can measure it, and how long it has been happening.
Recurring frost should be diagnosed, as it often points to a defrost-system fault.
